I thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights there. Extremely helpful staff and the place was fairly clean. I was given a cheap and spotless room with a heater and a fridge. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

The toilet didn't flush well. The towels were very stiff. The room was less than modern. There was a lot of dirt/stains in room.

Location to frankenmooth and great lakes crossing shopping. Excellent price.

The room I stayed in was fabulous - inexpensive, with convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, a pleasantly plush bed, and four fluffy pillows.

Location was great for us to reach our shopping destinations for the weekend. The staff were very friendly when we arrived. We had no real contact with the morning staff when we checked out. For the price it served its purpose - a place to sleep.

Our room was reasonably clean but worn. Our friend's room was not as good. The tub area in both rooms was not as clean as it could have been. The smoke detectors in both rooms appeared to be disabled (they were open with no battery so, unless they had been hardwired somehow, they were non functional.

The hotel was old and needed upgrading. The room was not as clean as I expected. The tub looked dirty. There were only two tables for breakfast which only sat six people. We had to go out for breakfast because there was no where to sit. Very disappointed. The staff did nothing to improve the situation

The hotel in Flint is my top pick. the rooms are brand-new and affordable, and they have everything you need. - They offer a great selection for breakfast. - the beds are comfortable, and the rooms have central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea-making facilities. - the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of fast-food and sit-down restaurants, all within walking distance.

Kind of dumpy but if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep, this place works. A bit loud.

The room here was fantastic and super clean, it had a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer - everything you need 😊. the location is superb, close to all the things I love.

Carpet in halls in dire need of repacement. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, though staff did offer to relocate us to another room on same floor

The staff is professional and friendly, from the housekeepers to the front desk clerk. The food options offered were great. The rooms are affordable, brand-new, and equipped with a fridge, tub, and four thick pillows.

The location was peaceful - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The room we booked was brand-new and cheap with a fridge, beer as advertised.
